Our cottages are equipped with the following:

     -  full kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, pots, dishes, cutlery)

     -  3-piece bathroom, dining and sitting areas

     -  hot water and electric heating

     -  propane BBQ (no extra charge)

     -  sundeck with picnic table, chairs and umbrella

     -  free WiFi

1.  All prices are in CAD currency and exclude taxes.  US funds are also accepted.

2.  Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. and check-out time is 9:00 A.M, except for weekend stays. At a nominal charge, late check-out can be arranged depending on

     availability of the cottage.

3.  Please bring your own beddings, blankets, towels, paper and cleaning products.

4.  Pets are welcome but owners must keep them on leash and clean up after them. Only 1 dog is allowed free of charge per cottage. Charge of $20 per  day

      for each extra dog, regardless of size.

5. We charge $ 25.00 per day for each visitor (day guest) to a cottage.

6. RESERVATION: We require a deposit of $ 200 for each cottage booked. For rentals longer than 1 week we require $ 200 deposit for each week booked.

     Deposits can be made by cash, cheque, money order, and credit card (VISA and Mastercard).  Balance is payable upon arrival. No adjustment for late

     arrival or early departure.

7. CANCELLATION: The deposit is refundable with 6 weeks' notice of cancellation, less a cancellation fee of $50. With less than 6 weeks' notice, the

     deposit will be refunded upon our ability to rebook the cottage, less a cancellation fee of $75.

8.  Minimum stay is 3 nights on long holiday weekends and deposit is non-refundable.
